How long it takes and the work involved depends on how competitive your target keywords are and the level of competition.
Generally, we ask you to supply the static content for the site itself. This normally comprises of text for the homepage, about page, contact sections, as well as any terms / privacy policy documents you wish to publish. For e-commerce websites we'd normally require images for all products and a spreadsheet of product information (including descriptions). Absolutely. We don't do "rental" systems where we retain ownership, once completed you have full rights over the design and content of the site. We'll never hold you to ransom over hosting for example, you're free to move your site and host wherever you choose. We're completely transparent about ownership of assets.
We'll be able to give you an idea of when we can book in your design, marketing or website work from the initial consultation. Once the initial payment / deposit is made we'll then reserve your studio time and provide an exact date of completion. We can only allocate studio time once the initial invoice is settled as it's only fair to allocate this on a first come / first served basis.
