Upgrading our phone system was something we knew would need an upgrade soon. As we have grown quicker than anticipated, we knew that now was a perfect time to implement a more robust system.

We have used a call forwarding service on our landline for several years. It started as something we knew we needed so we could have a landline number and to help when we were out and about. Upgrading our phone system was something we knew would need an upgrade soon. As we have grown quicker than anticipated, we knew that now was a perfect time to implement a more robust system.

We always pride ourselves on our service and how our clients say how easy we are to contact. However, a recent meeting identified that our phone system wasn't what we needed. With the new Sheffield office and further plans for development, we needed more.

Having decided to look for a different phone system, we had a few demos and conversations and agreed on a plan from Tinkle.

It was clear to see the system met so many of our requirements and more! We've got personalised menu features, voicemails, ring group calls, and free internal team calls.
